It feels like every other song I choreo is my absolute favorite song, LOL! My favorite two this month would have to be Layaway Love by Notch featuring Fat Man Scoop and One More Night by Maroon 5. If you put Fatman Scoop on any track it instantly becomes a party anthem. I use the Maroon 5 track for a serious CORE work out. Every time I lead it, I get a nice reminder the next day that my core muscles were busy the day before.

Three way mirrors and a fitting room. YIKES! Those blasted mirrors tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. It's not often that I am treated to viewing my reflection from all sides at once. It's an enlightening experience to say the least. I really appreciate the fact that I don't have one of these three headed monsters at home. Pheww! The next time you encounter one of these beasts, remember this:

As reported by Zumba Home Office, an estimated 14 million participants flock to Zumba Fitness classes around the globe on a weekly basis! That number continues to grow every day. If you don't know by now, there is something very special about this phenomenal fitness format. Every class is it's own little community and when you put all of those communities together, you have a network of members that support each other like a family.

Make working out a CHOICE not a chore! Thinking about any activity as if it were a chore will leave you feeling unmotivated.
